National Youth Day,2020

Government declared 12 January, birthday of Swami Vivekanand, as “National Youth Day” in 1984. It believes that the philosophy of Swamiji and the ideals for which he lived and worked can be a great source of inspiration for youth in India.

Since then every  year 12 January is celebrated as “National Youth Day” by schools and colleges through various indoor and outdoor activities.
