Haryana Backward and Economically Weaker Section Welfare Corporation (HBCKN)

Objective: Welfare of persons of backward Class and economically weaker sectionss.

A Haryana Government undertaking Haryana Harijan Kalyan Nigam is running following welfare schemes for the upliftment of people from backward and econimcally weaker sections in association with National Backward Class Finance and Development Corporation, New Delhi (NBCDC). Under these schemes 67% of loan by Bank and 33% of loan by NBCDC and HHKN are given at interest rate of 2% p.a. These loans are repayable on monthly basis within 5 years.

Conditions to take Loan:

1. Resident of Haryana State.
2. Belongs to backward class, declared by Haryana Government.
3. Annual family income is less than Rs.12000/- p.a.
4. Two Photostat copies of ration card.
5. Two Photographs on Application form.
6. One witness whose annual income is double of loan.
